AutoRemarketing is now looking for an experienced and self-driven car mechanic/vehicle technician who wants to work with testing, inspection, and quality assurance of our cars before sale.

About the position

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our incoming cars are checked, test-driven, and inspected to meet high quality standards before sale. The focus is primarily on testing, inspection, and identifying faults and deficiencies, rather than advanced troubleshooting – although some troubleshooting may occur if necessary.

You will work as part of a team where you collectively take responsibility for the daily operations, with knowledgeable colleagues who support and collaborate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Test-driving and functionality testing of cars
• Checking mechanical and electronic systems
• Identifying faults, deficiencies, and deviations before sale
• Working with diagnostic tools
• Performing simpler mechanical tasks as needed
• Documenting status and assessments digitally

Qualifications (requirements)

• Driver's license (B)
• Automotive technical education or equivalent work experience
• Good knowledge of how cars function, both mechanically and electronically
• Experience working with diagnostic tools
• Good computer skills
• Proficient in Swedish and English
